Great agency from start to finish. The process from sorting everything for renting the property and throughout the tenancy was very easy and smooth. The staff were very kind and helpful and usually came back in a timely manner whenever their assitnwas needed. I was also lucky to have a great landlord.

Jamal Zakaria looks after my properties and makes the whole process so easy. Nothing is too much trouble. He is so helpful, not just with me, but also with current and prospective tenants. He has a great support team and is always available - even during out-of-office hours. I highly recommend rentanyproperty, registering and putting the advert up took no time at all. It was live on rightmove within minutes. From putting the advert up within 20 mins I had the first response on which a viewing and let agreed within less than 3 hours of the advert going live. I am an experienced landlord and was shocked how quickly the process was, within the week the new tenant is now in the property. In comparison fee wise to a normal letting agent the savings are around £600-700 for the services I used. The website and portal is very well put together & user friendly, with notifications being sent to you via text & email.
