Steve and Claire worked so hard to sell our house. When he first came to value the house, Steve was immediately impressive - he understood straightaway what the constraints would be on finding the right buyer and didn't make wild promises about the valuation. Throughout lockdown, he and Claire kept working to find us that buyer. It really wasn't easy but they did it. They kept us very well informed about all the viewings and the various offers, and didn't ever pressure us to take an offer we weren't comfortable with. Steve was immensely helpful during the actual sale, keeping in touch with the buyer and sorting out all sorts of queries. Very good photography and property details. We'd thoroughly recommend Taylor Brightwell.
