We came to Taylors to sell our home after we had bad experiences with 2 other estate agents. Finding a buyer is not so hard in this market, but closing the sale and managing that process is where we had issues before, and frankly by the time we got to Taylors we were very frustrated and stressed. Taylors definitely brought us more viewings, but it was after we found a buyer that they really excelled. We found Taylors to be highly professional, very process oriented, proactive and communicative and they drove the sale through, staying on top of everything for us. In particular Caroline did a great job of progressing the closing process, and Jamal provided great oversight to the whole deal and was available to us when we needed him.

What a great estate agent who sold the house in 48hrs of taking it on from another seller. Far from local to me and I couldn't have asked more from them in regards to the sale of my property. What should have been the most simplest of property sales in very aspect turned into a very stressful episode, with the sellers solicitors failing to respond at all during the lead up to exchange and completion of the house. David Miah requires a very special mention, a complete professional and has the patience of a saint who always went the extra mile every time to ensure that the sale went through, going above and beyond what was required of him to get the sale over the line and haranguing the buyer and his legal team. He is a credit to the organisation and without any shadow of a doubt I would use Taylors again and would specifically ask for David to be the case handler. Many thanks and a successful sale.

Due to work and other commitments I am a serial renter, and have come across numerous different agencies in almost all areas of the country. I have frequently been disappointed by service, "after sales" support, delays with paperwork or issues with payments, so it was a very pleasant surprise to have been supported in one of our most recent searches by Taylors, Allhallows. Aside from the agent who kindly assisted with the viewing and documents we were more than ably assisted by Sharna Raine, the Lettings Co-ordinator. Despite the very short notice we had received from our previous landlords and the falling through of another property Sharna turned us around in double quick time and made sure we weren't left homeless or paying for expensive hotel/B&B accomodation and storage for our furniture. I would wholeheartedly recommend Taylors due to the choice and sheer volume of properties, but specifically Sharna for her excellent attitude, attention to detail and customer service skills.

Caroline from Bedford Taylors Estate Agents is the main reason for my 4 star review! Whilst her job title is Sales Progressor, she felt like a life saver throughout the whole after sales process - going above and beyond her role to source documents, certificates, archived council files and chasing solicitors day and night. She is the most efficient support and an empathic voice always at the end of the phone. There were a few delays and issues with the advertising of my property to begin with; I would have given 5 stars otherwise.
