I was quite nervous entering the rental market as a single lady for the first time and Thomas Charles made everything very simple and easy. I have a lovely property with a very nice landlord, any issues with the property are always rectified very quickly and I have found the staff whom I have dealt with (Julie and Gemma) to be amazing always. Their communication is always excellent and they reply very quickly to any queries you send whether it be via email or phone.

I rented with Thomas Charles for 2 years and received excellent customer service throughout. Everything went smoothly with setting up the tenancy and when moving out. I would definitely rent with Thomas Charles again and would recommend them to anyone. I don’t have a bad word to say about this company and its staff!

The ladies in the office had a cracking sense of humour especial the number of times I had to go to the office for the spare key in a verity of different attire. Thank you for being a great bunch.

I am so impressed with Thomas Charles! I had rented my property with them for 12 years and then they helped me sell the property. Simon went way above and beyond expectations, chasing down details and keeping me informed with some fairly awkward logistical challenges. Throughout the time I rented my property with them they kept me up to date, communicated any issues with me and helped me address them. I also think I got super lucky with excellent tenants, this was my first rental property and I was very nervous about the risk of renting it out. I needn't have worried. The staff were all polite and responsive and they kept me well informed about things that were coming up, what my responsibilities were and any issues that needed to be addressed. I can't rate them highly enough and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking at property rentals or sale or purchase. Thank you!
