As a first time buyer I definitely needed a lot of advice and they were always supportive in answering questions and booking in additional viewings. I must say that the guys at Peacocks are a very fine team of professionals I bought my house and with one day it was rented not bad, thank you Katie and Michaela. Thomas, very nice welcoming and open to discussion I had good advice from them all, coffee too and charming. The process there was easy. I would not recommend the the legal service offered by countrywide not very helpful, unfortunately they do not control over them. The letting team are very efficient and helpful and there is no pressure or sales pitch.There where so many people involved to help me that I can't mention everyone, Ben, Luke, Mike. My interests were really well seen to by the whole team, even the boss was nice. I had good advice on the law and other relevant information. It was a very good outcome at the end of the road.

After my property had been on the market for several months with two other estate agents Wilson Peacock approached me asking to put my property on their books, saying that they already had a buyer lined up. Well I gave them a go, and yes they DID actually have a real buyer lined up! Who put in a good offer within 2 days, which I accepted. I found their service to be very good, and I would recommend them. They maybe more expensive than some other agents, but this appears to make them to be more pro-active not only in lining up buyers, but chasing up the sale after the offer has been accepted.
