Hi All I stayed in a House provided by Belvoir Lettings for almost 2 and a half years. My experience with them was great. Whenever I needed something related to the house, it was swiftly provided to me. Maintenance of the house was done in the best possible manner. Looking forward to staying with them again. We've rented for years, from different countries, counties, councils and countless collectives of contract legal landlord's, leasing's and lettings legacies; all of which - after some time, become somewhat - 'run of the mill'. Of course, for those that choose to rent, or have no choice, finding a place to call 'home', is important, and the trepidation of moving into 'uncharted waters' with a new move, can also be, unsettling. This is where Belvior come in. Not only do they respect and recognise, that efficiency, tenacity and customer service is integral, but they also have that other 'most rarest of qualities' - Care. As with most moves, there are up's and downs, but where downs 'may' have been present for us whence moving in - Belvoir 'strove' to ensure that any issues were rectified, swiftly, and within a manner that suited 'us', the tenants. As oppose to taking sides, Belvoir property manage professionally and by the book for both the landlord and the tenants respectively. This effectively provides a consistent and considered, all round service of quality for all, which understandably, makes the experience 'unique'. Without drawing out my point, I will close that: 'if you require a company which you can trust, that will treat you with fairness, manners and patience, while also being personable and reliable, affable and supportive, look no further. Thank you. :)

I have just purchased an apartment through Belvoir Sales in South Belfast. The sales agent on the purchase was Yasmin McCartney. Yasmin was excellent in all departments. Excellent communicating both verbal and written. Very flexible with appointments and she had some excellent advise for a 1st time buyer like myself. All of this might seem quite standard for an estate agent but I have been dealing with a fair amount of agents in the past year and by far Yasmin was the best. I would highly recommend using Belvoir Sales to friends and colleagues.

I've been dealing with Belvoir for almost ten years and as a landlord they take all the pain out the letting experience. I've always found them to be efficient, friendly and effective. They handle the smallest to the largest of problems with ease and transparency. Highly recommended. More recently I successfully sold an apartment with Yasmin Macartney as agent. Enthusiastic, driven and a joy to deal with. Honest and open she did her absolute utmost to assist and do more that she was expected. We never had any issues regarding fixing/replacing equipment/furniture or anything else . Have been with them for about 4 years. Thankfully in those years nothing unusual happened. When we needed something they arranged someone to come over and fix it. When we had bigger problem they arranged everything with the landlord and at the end the issue was resolved. Eimhear treated us fairly and was flexible in all cases to make tenants happy. Hi there Belvior Letting Agents were absolutely excellent when I moved house back in 2011; Now I am considering engaging them to manage my own flat in Belfast. It would be a SIN, if i don't appreciate the level of service and professionalism exhibited by Eimhear Maguire, She is just a star and i would say one of the pillars for Belvoir along with the likes of Lisa & other colleagues. Over the last 6 years i had dealt with a lot of agents in Belfast, but the kind of respect shown by Belvoir is really great. Eimhear in particular dealt with all kind of problems and I was very surprised that on all ocassions Eimhear was not only very reasonable but also quick in resolving issues. I know for sure that there are few Indians who were unhappy with Belvoir in Belfast, but trust me, the more you deal with them, speak to them, am sure all your issues would be resolved. By far and by leaps and bounds, BELVOIR is the best and am saying this after dealing with at least 14 different letting agents over the last 6 years.... VERY STRONGLY AND VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED....
