Charles White have been managing Tyrone House Apartments Belfast from November 2011 and to date they have provided a professional and courteous service. As a Director of the Residents' Committee I have worked closely with Charles White to upgrade and improve the fabric of our period property and resolve any day to day issues. I have found them to be an exemplary management company. Leigh McMaster (Senior Property Manager) has engages effectively with the owner /occupiers since August 2012 and her care and diligence in providing an excellent level of service has proven to be instrumental in finding ways to streamline maintenance costs and promote forward financial planning.

Charles White Limited are the management company for the apartment block I live in and I can say they are great to work with and will try their best at all times to help you with any issue. I have recently had a problem with a major company for want of a better description and with the help of Charles White who were meticulous at all times we got to the bottom of the problem and hopefully sorted. Elaine and Leigh in the Belfast office were superb throughout and done all that was asked of them. This company also use the best sub contractors and the one in particular for my problem again mirrored Charles White and with the help of Michael and Eddie, we got there in the end. As the Technical Director of a Northern Ireland based Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy I have worked professionally with the Charles White team based in Belfast over the last few years, primarily on the management of leaking/defective basement car parks which they have on their management portfolio. Charles White are an extremely forward thinking and intelligent client who understand the huge benefits of "pro-active" maintenance to the structural assets under their control and the importance it plays in reducing the overall life cycle cost and prolonging the assets structural durability. Too many management companies opt for short term, cheaper "reactive" maintenance solutions, which, significantly increase the overall life cycle cost to the property shareholders / asset owners.

I appreciate how Charles White and Andrew always react swiftly to any requests or questions we have and we all acknowledge the considerable cost savings we have enjoyed with them . They are a shining example of how property management should be done and we regret that we did not get involved with them earlier as the last company we used was the opposite of Charles White in every way and certainly not looking after our interests at all . An exceptional Management Company. On taking over our Development of 30+ properties from the previous management company, in a period of less than 6 months, they transformed it, from a poorly maintained Development with a an ever growing backlog of unresolved maintenance and shareholder issues, complaints, and numerous unhappy shareholders. To a clean & well maintained Development, where maintenance and shareholders issues are addressed promptly. Through painful experience I have learnt a substandard management company can undermine the value of your property and your quality of life on a development. If you are thinking of purchasing a property on a managed development, I strongly suggest you spend time researching the competence of the Management Company. If you are dissatisfied with your current Management Company, I would highly recommend Charles White as a replacement.
