I don’t think that I could write a review that does Catherine justice! As a first time buyer who was unfamiliar with all that is involved with buying a property, I was full of uncertainty and nerves! But Catherine was able to remove all the stress out of the process for me. From the moment she showed me around what is now my home, I felt confident that I was in safe hands as she was reassuringly knowledgeable about the property. I knew she was genuine and really felt that I could trust her opinion. There were a few tricky obstacles along the way and she was an absolute rock for me at those times when I thought my nerves couldn’t take any more🙈. She was contactable almost instantly and dealt with the issues at hand quickly and efficiently. I never needed to chase anything up and nothing was ever too much trouble for her😊. Her service definitely felt like it had that personal touch which I doubt you would get with some the bigger companies. We sold our house in April this year with House to Home and have to say that Catherine made it the easiest process we could have ever wished for. All the viewings for our house where all arranged and done by Catherine in a very professional way so all we had to do was leave the keys with her for the time period she required and sit back and wait for the offers to come in. They where actually so good at their job that after a sale fell through they had a higher offer (that we accepted) three days after, again Catherine was brilliant at keeping us calm during all of this and really knows her stuff when it comes to the property market.
