We went with John Minnis to sell our property in the past 2 months with Ross McKnight. From meeting/valuation right up to completion Ross was great at keeping us in the loop and answering questions within an acceptable timeframe. When completing the valuation, Ross was thorough with his inspection of the house, taking extensive notes. This in turn gave us a great feeling as we knew the advert was going to concise and detailed. The booklet produced for sale was high quality, using their in house photographer gave us photos that were outstanding. We never felt left out of anything, and the fact we bought a house that was also on John Minnis books really kept everything running smoothly.
