As a buyer who interacted with McGranaghan's (who were engaged by the seller), I found communicating with Mark to be straightforward and helpful. I had some extra steps involved in purchasing, such as a slightly delayed timeline on my end due to contracting a building surveyor (outside of lender survey), and Mark was understanding and relayed the information and reasoning to the vendor, helping to make clear it was not something that would cause issues for completion. Overall, buying a house being sold through McGranaghan Estate Agents was a smooth, painless process, and I would recommend them.

Unbelievably amazing bunch of people from the initial phone call (got through to a girl called Clare) to the viewing, the gentleman taking us round the apartment was more than helpful, explained every detail and as we have had a bad experience with another local West Belfast agency, he put our minds at ease and demonstrated complete and utter professionalism and was so welcoming it was just a new world to us. The visit to the office was a pleasure for myself and my partner, the girls were quite fun to talk to and very chatty and welcoming, we didn't need to even ask most questions like the last place we used, they asked us what adjustments we would like. She was straight on to the owner of the apartment and got back to us extremely quickly to say he was happy with us. We're just waiting now to see if our application has been accepted but I can honestly say hands down this is the best estate agents in Belfast, definitely worth a first visit before going anywhere else as far as we're concerned. Thanks guys!! Update, We got the apartment! because of our initial experience with the last agency leaving us homeless, McGranaghan's staff made the process as quick as possible for us and we are delighted that they are rushing to help us settle in as soon as they can.
