I found my experience as a first time buyer to be a very pleasant, professional and easy one. From initial contact to the ongoing process involved in buying a property , it was all made very easy to follow and my first contact Gareth was always there to answer my questions either in person or by email. Their mortgage broker also arranged a competitive mortgage for me. Joel who was responsible for this side of the process was also very helpful and friendly. So happy I went with Michael Chandler for the sale of my house. they really go above & beyond to provide a great & professional service. they have a great team & communication was excellent throughout. I also think having the option of adding a video to my listing was very helpful in marketing the property. their photographer team was also amazing, very professional & friendly couple that did the photos, video & floor plan very quickly & efficiently. I recently purchased a house through Michael Chandler Estate Agents. It is no easy task buying a property, especially when you live in Australia and buying a house in your hometown of Belfast. They are a very professional company with excellent customer service. I have dealt with Gareth Owens during the entire buying process. He is patient, attentive, professional and extremely personable. He made everything happen without any dramas or hiccups. He then introduced me to his colleague Jonathan Moore who is the Property Rentals Manager. The completion of Sale happened on 8/1/21 and he had fully referenced tenants in the property on 13/1/21 with a 12 month lease. Considering I have never personally met these guys and all communication has been by email and phone from Australia. I am very impressed by their work. An update: Jonathan Moore from Michael Chandler responded to all my complaints and sent Tom who did the jobs perfectly. Based on that I’ve changed my rating They don't spend enough time inspecting the flat before you move (unprofessional in this aspect). whatever you report as a landlord responsibility they ask you to do via a system called fixflo that's their own which I believe it's made to wave you rights as the emails won't have pictures. I moved to the flat absolutely unclean with poor quality furniture and appliances, brought the cleaners myself and I was happy just to save myself the headache, and it is them who are coming for inspection after 4 months !!!! I wish they have done it properly earlier

Chandlers offer a class service and marketed my apartment on line and in shop, had one tenant leave and all inventory checks done and dusted processed by Chandler's management department (worth paying the extra as one less worry ).
