For the last number of years we have rented a property from Property People. We want to say a big thanks to all the team for their hard work and continued excellent service over the years! Everyone has been very easy to deal with and always quick to get any issues sorted. Delia has also been fantastic and went above and beyond to help us find the property to rent. Always a pleasure to deal with, would highly recommend this estate agents to anyone. Property people genuinely care about their tenants and having dealt with other agents in the past, Property People are far superior in this regard!

Thank you Niamh. I am in a stressful situation as my landlord changes the letting agent. The new letting agent sent us an email to terminate all of our contract earlier or they want to increase the rent. I was frightened. I phoned and emailed Niamh and she sorted out the problem in one morning. I have worked with her twice and thank you for her professional. Best luck to her.

Anyone and everyone that has the sense about them will go with property people!! The amount of effort that Delia in particular went to to get us a house that suited our preferences perfectly. I am very much delighted to recommend Property People, especially for those who are new to the place. I was running on a tight schedule and I had to find a room and move in ASAP. She had a good understanding and knowledge of the house, area and the other tennents I would be moving in with. Amazing amazing experience!! Worked with the lovely Delia herself, who just made the whole experience fun and quick! As soon as I seen the house for me and my daughter I immediately fell in love with it! & Delia herself said that not to worry if I hadn’t got that one she would help me continue until I found somewhere that would meet my needs, viewed the house on Tuesday/Wednesday, got a phone call early Friday morning! Completely no messing about which I loved. Basically viewed and got the keys WithIn a weeks time. Hoping to be with property people for a long time! Great experience as it’s my first time moving out. Had a very good experience with Property People South & East office, I infact remember arriving as a student a few years and one of their staff helping me co-ordinate a payment from back in my country. I rented with them in Stranmillis, though there were problems occasionally with the appliances, they helped get them resolved promptly. Their service was great. The stay was hassle free and I would recommend their service!

Cannot recommend property people enough! Dealt with Delia and the girls in the North& West branch and have to say they were excellent in every way. Delia went out of her way to help us find the perfect property and also to get us moved in on time. The staff are highly professional but friendly and genuine.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. All can be done electronically, but personally preferred to sign the final agreement in person. The staff at the north and west office were excellent and Delia and Adrian in particular went above and beyond their jobs. I've had a number of letting agencies in the past and property people ni are by far the best around. Highly recommended!

have used these guys over the past few weeks and to be honest this has been the best service that i have received ever while private renting. The girls in the north Belfast office were so helpful from everything from booking in a viewing to signing up my lease and moving day this was totally stress free as the property was spotless and Allison walked through the property with me and talked through every thing. finance girl talked through my deposit and gave me the details of the TDS and they gave me a copy of my certificate and i was also given a photographic inventory so i could walk through the property and then sign to say i was happy. They made the process so easy for me and have set up a direct debit payment so that i did not have to worry about paying my rent each month. When i moved in they told me that they are on hand if i have any issues or concerns to contact them I have recommended them to family and friends and at present they are helping my friends find a home for them.
