Had a viewing with Quicklet last night and they have been helpful and efficient from the beginning. The current market for rentals has been so competitive, including places giving viewing appointments with very limited notice. Quicklet sent clear guidance and gave a few days notice for a viewing which my partner and I were delighted to attend. The property was lovely and well maintained. The girl at the property practiced social distancing for all the viewings that we saw which again, we were grateful to see. All round, they have been very helpful in our search to date

Just moved into new property. Have to say very professional. They took a lot of the stress out of the move with there quick online reference checker (saved trying to find documents and uploading). Unfortunately there were some issues with the heating that weren’t discovered until moving in day as property as had been sitting empty for a while. I have rented privately through landlords for last 10years due to poor service from a previous letting agency. To my relief this was not the case with quicklet. They were straight on to the situation. They had the boiler replaced within 24hrs of move in day & have returned after a week to ensure system is working as should be & had valves replaced on radiators to ensure there will be no future issues. I must also commend the plumbers who came out to resolve. Very professional, friendly & were able to answer and resolve any concerns I had. This is a big tick for me also as previous agency’s have used what I would refer to as cowboys. I recall one time asking one to leave and resolving the problem myself. I never leave reviews as not that tech savvy and more old school but thought I had to leave the review as can be tough to choose with so many out there. Five Stars from me & I am a tough critic. I believe in getting what u pay for. Hope this helps someone out there. Have a great day folks. 😀

Myself and my flatmate were looking for a property to rent for young professionals ASAP in Belfast and Quicklet appeared to consistently show up with attractive properties within reasonable prices. We had been in discussion with Leah over a few different properties but once we found the one we wanted Leah arranged for us to have a socially distanced viewing with Gavin. Leah then helped us with every aspect of applications, signing tenancy agreements and sorting deposits alongside rent. Leah (and Gavin at the viewing) were always willing to help and was very accommodating with social distance guidelines as face coverings were mandatory at viewings and all application forms and tenancy agreements were completed electronically. Within a week Leah had answered all of our questions, aided in applications, had our tenancy agreement sorted and keys passed over to us within a week. The entire process was extremely efficient which is what we desperately needed. Leah was beyond helpful, accomodating and truly an asset to the company. If we ever have any issues during our tenancy we feel very comfortable in contacting Leah to advise further. Gavin was welcoming to the property and very professional upon viewing and made us feel very at ease and allowed us to take our time when viewing. So far we have had an extremely pleasent experience with Quicklet especially when compared to previous letting agents while renting in Belfast. Unlike many estate agents in the area, Quicklet do not charge for application fees or referencing fees (in the past we have paid £30 per application per person and £30 per reference per person from multiple other estate agents. Which we have previously paid as we felt threatened to do so to secure the property). However, the complete opposite is true for Quicklet, at every point we felt like we were being spoken to as adults, not misinformed at any stage and were never done out money which was disguised as 'fees'. Our experience with Quicklet (in particular Leah) has restored our faith in estate agents for young professionals looking for affordable and comfortable accomodation in Belfast.
