I have just recently completed on the purchase of my first house. I was extremely nervous about the whole experience as its not something you are taught about, or told what to expect. When i first viewed the house we bought Reeds Rains were on time and well presented, they allowed me to take my time while i viewed the house and were extremely accommodating with the various COVID protocols that were in place. During the offer process i was kept up to date and phoned on a regular basis, and once the offer was accepted they processed their side of things extremely quickly. What came next, however, was over and above what i could ever have wanted or expected. My main contact was now Pat Crozier and honestly words cannot describe how amazing and caring she was. The purchase of the house was not overly straight forward and slightly drawn out, but Pat was an absolute star the whole way. She was patient, she was caring, she was a bit of craic and overall i cannot speak highly enough of her. If and when i look to move on, i will 100% be contacting Reeds Rains in the first instance as honestly the whole process was made much easier by them.
