Vision have dealt with my property over the course of almost 7 years, both as letting agent and more recently in the sale of the property. Diane managed the let, and was always quick to communicate any issues and engage good quality and reasonably priced tradesmen for any work that needed to be done. Ethan handled the sale of the property and was extremely professional, keeping me up-to-date with every development and ensuring all went smoothly. Would not hesitate to recommend Vision.

Staff where not very helpful, it was a Saturday morning I went and was only the one staff member in, they continued to eat their lunch even when I asked them about some advice. They were quite rude and I felt like I was an inconvenience to them. This was o my one staff member, when I returned they were a bit more interested in helping but not enough to make up for the poor service the first time.
