Currently been renting with Abode for 2 months. We're very happy with the apartment and Clare has been nothing but helpful. We always receive quick responses and she goes out of her way to help us resolve any issues. =================================================== We've just ended our lease after 14 months and I can safely say Abode is the best letting agency we've had thus far. Any issues dealt with quickly and with no fuss. Happy to give us a monthly rolling contract after our initial 6 month fixed term lease and received our full deposit back minus the cleaning fees after moving out. Clare and Nick are both lovely people and the service provided has a nice personal touch. Would recommend the agency to anyone looking to rent.

Clare managed a difficult sale where several issues cropped up. She went above and beyond what I would expect of an estate agent and was always willing to do whatever was needed to "get it sorted". It was really refreshing to deal with a smaller estate agent as I would always get the expertise of a manager with 20+ years experience, who in larger estate agents would not usually deal with. Clare was always available (or would get back to me as soon as she could) and kept me informed at all times. Clare really cares about her customers and I would highly recommend abode for sales and lettings.

Decided to sell my city centre flat with Abode. After meeting with several agents I decided that Abode were the agent who I was most likely to *buy* from, and they didn't disappoint. Everything was taken care of with a professional approach, from the initial viewing confirmations and feedback all the way through to liaising with solicitors during and even after the sale. If I could give 10 stars I would. After dealing with a high street estate agency & seeing the sale fall thru 3 times, due to time wasters and people not being vetted correctly. We decided to go with Abode Residential. Clare viewed the property on the Friday, advertised it on the Saturday and sold it on the Tuesday. Plain sailing. From accepting the offer to completion, it was less than 6 weeks. Clare kept everyone updated. Even our solicitor said how impressed she was with Clare....yes I know a solicitor saying that. A really honest, helpful and thorough service. We have used Abode for new mortgages, remortgaging and letting out our properties; throughout all aspects of the business each service has been second to none. We have recommended them for all of their services, however, the latest recommendation we made to one of our friends who needed a new mortgage proved to be, yet again, brilliant and I know they were over the moon with the mortgage that Kate managed to find. For us personally, Kate has always found us the most competitive deals - even right up to the deadline when buying a property she used her initiative to do one last check on any new deals and managed to save us over £100 per month, going above and beyond has been a regular occurrence with them all at Abode.
