Amazing! Had the pleasure of working with Amanda when purchasing a property. From our initial meeting, she was very friendly and informative. Amanda kept me up to date throughout the process, along with David (the director). When I called the office, nothing was too much trouble and the staff were great! 100 percent recommend for both, selling and purchasing of properties.

David is a true professional and an absolutely lovely person, he helped to sell our house in less then 4 days ! He is honest and will not suggest unrealistic prices just to get his sale sign outside your house. He knows the housing market in Hodge Hill better then anyone else ! Alex Smith ~~different with the rest. ( not like some estate agents,say how good they are but once properly in their hands ~~TOTALLY RUBBISH as I experienced before) Can trust when give them the house keys .they did bring lots customers to view my house. Very patient as every time someone want to view the property, they let you know before hand. But you do get lots tyre kicker. And some of them even want to buy it in half price.
