Andrews has now sold two properties for me, being an independent agent he seems to know his clients and their needs as both sales were sold to the persons he first thought would be interested. the first sale just two hours to SSTC the second 15 days to sale agreed. I was kept informed of all viewings and the outcome and had it not been for Covid 19 all very painless. I would use Andrew again to sell a property for me and to recommend him to others.

As I set out in my first house sale i was pre warned that it could be a stressful experience , but i have to say that the best link in my chain throughout was Andrews estate agents.From the viewings they carried out for me to the exchange completion ...and after sales ,they were excellent. Regular updates from Andrews on house viewings and general sale progression which was welcome as opposed to having to chase other parts of the chain constantly speaking to automated switchboards etc. Wasn't put under any pressure at any point and more importantly was more than happy with the sale price I got-thank you Andrews
