I've used Ashley Borne for sales and lettings. Mitchell Sadik initially dealt with my purchase and first tenant, I received very good service. I guess if you are reading this then you are considering entering a potentially stressful period! Stephen Price is overseeing my current situation. Stephen has been extremely helpful and appears to be on top of things, keeping all lines of communication open, nothing is too much trouble. He has been very supportive and is knowledgeable. I am very happy with the service. I would definitely recommend Ashley Borne. They are very attentive to your needs and listen too! I am in good hands and feel valued. It's hard to come by good customer services these days.

This Agent has to be one of the best if not THE best around. Having had poor, low quality experiences with other agents in the past, I decided to go with a smaller, non-corporate agent and I wasn't disappointed. From the word go they were 'switched on', they had my property on the Rightmove within 24 hours instead of the normal 7 to 10 days with other agents. Stuart presented a really good write up and really presented the property to its best. They accompanied every viewing, took on board everything I said, communicated with me every step of the way, when they sold my property to the third viewer, they called and gave me pointers on purchasing forward and making offers etc, even advising me on the forward purchase. Use this agent they do what they promise, unlike a lot of other agents who promise the earth at the valuation meeting and then don't deliver on their promises. I would give this agency TEN stars if I could.

I have to say dealing with Ashley Borne Sales were first class from start to finish. Stuart was my first point of contact, he showed me the house i purchased and i asked for a valuation on mine. He was so genuine, warm and professional i decided to sell my property also with Ashley Borne. Nothing was too much for Stuart he went above and beyond for me in securing the sale on my property and the purchase of me new home. Andrew dealt with the Sale side of things and also did everything possible to assist in getting things moving, not an easy task but you were great. There were complications but that wasn't anybody's fault other than the person who was originally buying the property letting us down. But we got another buyer in no time. Ashley Borne and my Solicitor's Davison's ( Cotteridge ) were excellent, Maria who dealt with the legal side was top of her game, and what a great Lady she had a difficult job dealing with the buyers Solicitors ( Countrywide- avoid at all costs, shocking setup ) but Maria and Ashley Borne got it all over the line and i am now a very happy home owner- i have gained a new home and met some fantastic people......thank you all i would give you 10 stars ********** Eileen x
