Thank you Britannia services for providing such a wonderful living space,Games room,big kitchen and Laundry. Space in the backyard is also good for doing morning exercises. Special thanks to Ishaq for supporting end to end. I appreciate the work done professionally and hassle free. All the basic amenities are available in the rooms and is very couple friendly.. The location is very good.You get buses in 2 mins of walk,Morrison's,Aldi is 15 mins walk. I recommend to all students/professionals/couple to stay in the Britannia properties.

On the plus side: - The team is very helpful they sent all the details I needed. - The team is highly responsive, they provided responses as soon as needed. - The team is flexible and they tried to accommodate my needs as much as possible On the negative side: - Not all the employees are aware of the contract details which sometimes causes misinformation. Please make sure to ask someone from the Admin department if you have questions about the legal parts of the contract. - The contract is not balanced, it gives more rights to the landlord than to the tenant. In specific, the landlord has the right to as the tenant to leave with only two months notice. The tenant does not have the same right. To be clear this is not the case with other contracts from other real estate agencies.

You can imagine our dismay.we phoned britannias emergency number and spoke to Anne-Marie. I am very happy with the room which has all the necessary and also very good location for me. The girl who attended me, Dannielle, was soo nice. She made the process very fast and easy as I needed the room as soon as possible. The only thing I didn't like was that the last tenant didn't leave the room clean and so was how I found it, but also I told them if they could changed my bed and they did it in less than a week so that's great!

Had a great viewing experience from start to finish with Yanna, who looked after us so well that we felt like family. We were driven to and from the property and given guidance on everything from bills to taking inventory. We just took the property off the market and for a fantastic price at that!
