As a landlord I feel that the service provided by Claremont has been brilliant. In particular Gopi, who helped me find a tenant. She kept me updated on a regular basis in regards to interest that was received for the property, how the viewings went and providing me relevant feedback that may have been beneficial to me. Once a tenant had been found she ensured I had a full understanding of the steps that needed to be taken to arrange for the property to be occupied and if I had any questions she was happy to answer. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who requires help in property management whether they have one property or a portfolio of properties.
