Been with click lettings for 18months now. Was my first time using the company. Very professional company from start to finish. I got to meet Tony in person who is genuinely a very nice guy. He couldn't of made my moving in and out process any easier. I never had any issues at all while i was renting from them. They're always professional on the phone and made sure I was always happy and if i needed help with anything then they're always happy to help. Unfortunately i had to part ways due to buying my own house, but would 100% use this company again if i ever needed too as this is the best letting agency I've ever used.

I do not live in Birmingham and needed a reliable and professonal maintenance company to care for my properties in the Jewellery Quarter. Click Lettings and Sales provide exactly the service I am looking for. Correspondence is very professional and all issues and concerns have been dealt with quickly and with good care. This company also benefits from having an in-house maintenance and cleaning team, meaning maintanence and repairs are seen to very quickly. Key handover went very smoothly and the sales and lettings team found tenants in very good time.
