As first time landlords we were a little worried about using a property management company, how good they would be and whether it was worth the money, but Complete have been amazing and worth every penny. Michaela is fantastic, giving you a highly professional but also a highly personal service. She really cares and is incredibly responsive to both us and our tenants. We never worry about things knowing that Michaela is there to look after our flat and just as importantly our tenants.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I rented my apartment through Michaela Beresford from the Birmingham office, and despite the difficult time we went through as a result of Covid-19 (we decided to wait few months until the situation is cleared) Michaela completely understood our situation and helped us through it. When we were finally ready to move in, she was all there for us, and helped us secure the best available apartment. Michaela also helped establish excellent communication with the landlords and ensured that all our needs are met. I am now through my first month in this lovely apartment and Michaela continues to help with whatever I need. I even got help to set up electricity, water and council tax accounts with the complementary Just Move In service (all free of charge). So far, an excellent experience with Complete Prime and I am sure I will continue to get an excellent support throughout my tenancy. Thanks Complete Prime and Thanks Michaela.

Me and my girlfriend have used Prime Residential for our first apartment post-uni. Everything has been quick and transparent, and the only issue with the (new) flat was a minor issue with grouting, which was resolved quickly and adequately.
