I have been looked after by Cooke Rudling from the day I first viewed the shop, when we became tenants. That was six years ago, and they have looked after me ever since, as Midland Hearts Commercial Portfolio managers, if there is any problem with the property, they are on it straight away. They are 100% customer friendly and Steve, Kerry and Donna are always there to help or offer advice. I would recommend them to any Landlord looking for someone to manage their property, they are very professional in maintaining a good tenant/landlord relationship.

I have been with Cooke Rudling for the last 12 years. As a company I have always been very happy and pleased to have them as my agent. On one occasion I had to have major works done to my shop due to a burst water pipe, this was on a Bank Holiday and they dealt with it immediately and were very efficient, helpful and supportive in getting me up and running again. I would never have any hesitation to highly recommend this company.
