Well, where do I begin... I have been working with Dixons in Erdington for some years now. They have never disappointed. On this occasion I worked with Nadia in lettings. She was amazing! I could tell she was overwhelmed in the office, with the sheer amount of work she had cut out, due to the lockdown and having to deal with social distancing rules, but she was always cheerful, was able to deliver excellent customer service and worked efficiently and effectively when dealing with my needs. From my initial contact with Nadia, within a week, I had a new tenant, who is now settled and happy in her new space. I have tried to work with other agencies in the area previously, but none were able to offer the service I received from Nadia. They would give empty promises, fob me off, not answer any enquires or the phones ring out, with no one manning the lines. To me this is a bad way to run a business and a great way to lose customers. Nadia has been a real joy to work with. As mentioned earlier, she was able to keep her cool, during a stressful period of global uncertainty and was quick to respond to any enquiries I had.
