Thank you for the amazing experience! I recommend Steve as he always helped me regarding the process of renting! The people at the agency are very understanding and they provided me with very clear guidance and help throughout the pandemic. During my stay, the house and the room had fresh paint, good furniture and was hygienic, therefore the only reason I have left is due to finishing my university course and relocating in another country.

Steve was one of nicest people I've met during the six months my partner and I lived in Birmingham. Unlike more than 10 other property agents I talked to right after moving to the city, Steve was extremely attentive, helpful and professional. Our process of renting a flat was very swift and uncomplicated, from the beginning to the end, which is something very rare to see when it comes to renting properties. As we had never rented in the UK, many procedures were new to us (such as hiring providers for electricity or council tax), but Steve was always willing to help to sort out these matters. The team at Edgbaston lettings are great - many thanks to Steve for helping to make the moving process as smooth as possible even during lockdown! Safety measures are in place which is great to see (masks, social distancing, virtual tours etc) so you'll be in good hands. The room prices are fantastic for what you get, usually bills included so just one easy rent payment and everything is sorted. Steve & team are on hand if there are any problems or maintenance issues which need resolving and there are cleaners to make sure communal areas are kept nice and tidy. I don't have any complaints at all, this was by far the best renting experience I've had. Housemates are very friendly and I never had any problems with them taking food or anything which you might imagine in shared housing. There was also plenty of space in my house for storing food, pots and pans as well as plenty of fridge and freezer space for 7 of us. It was very convenient having a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer too. There are no delays in getting your deposit back to you if you leave the room as you found it. I would 100% recommend Edgbaston Lettings to rent your next flat!

Highly recommended, me and my girlfriend rented with Edgbaston Lettings for 9 months and 5 stars is not enough to showcase how excellent a company they are. From the first date we paid our deposit to our Exit date. A special note has to be made for Steve who was always at the end of the phone to help with any issues we had however how small, he was always approachable and dealt with any concerns we had very promptly. To be honest I would literally write a monologue of how brilliant a company they are. Especially when they don't charge any of them 'Agent Fees' unlike other Estate Agents and from my experience of other Estate Agents, Edgbaston Lettings do far more for their tenants.

Edgbaston Lettings is by far and away the best agency I have tenanted under. Steve was friendly and always very quick to respond to problems to get solutions sorted efficiently. The inclusion of all fees (Council Tax / utilities) within the monthly rent kept things simple and the rooms were reasonably priced. For somebody completely new to the city, the house share was a perfect way to make acquaintances. Edgbaston was perfect for the Colmore Row commuter – accessible by regular buses but far enough out to feel distanced in the leafy suburbs. Thanks for all the help, Steve.

I stayed in a property of theirs for nearly four years and never in that time did I doubt for a moment that I had the most responsive, most responsible, and most effective proprpro managers I'd ever have in a rental property – Steve and the team never failed to impress. My first few years living in Birmingham were pretty rocky, and having a place that was affordable but could still be called "home" was of real importance; I thought I'd really struggle to find that. However, from the very beginning, Steve and co. had me assured that I was in the right hands. Right from the very first correspondence I had with Steve and the team – which even included Steve meeting out of hours with me and forgoing a night out just to ensure that all was well – I knew that Edgbaston Lettings were totally dedicated to the care of their tenants, and for the years that followed, through thick and thin, that continued to be the case. If you need anything at all as a tenant, a friendly member of the team is always reachable and can be depended upon to actually respond effectively. The people are approachable, responsible, friendly, and reliable, and all they provide is pretty fantastic value for money. Basic accommodation suits people in need of somewhere to live. Reasonably clean but could be better and the internal decor needs updating ie some holes in kitchen floor. However it is fairly good value for money with all bills included
