Emma was brilliant from start to finish, gave great advice and kept us well informed. Emma even recommended a mortgage broker and conveyancer who were both excellent too, making the whole process (on our side) seamless. Friendly and approachable while maintaining professionalism at all times, you get the personal touch with Edwards and Gray that other estate agents are lacking (I know this from past experience). I would definitely recommend Edwards & Gray to anyone and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else if we were to move again in the future.

As first time buyers a lot of people tell you about the stress of buying a home and all the challenges associated but thanks to Emma and the team, our journey has been wholly positive. I would highly recommend Emma Gough if you are looking for an Estate Agent to sell your home. We met Emma whilst viewing a property she was selling with Edwards & Gray in November, and found her to be very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. During the past 4 months we communicated regularly via text and phone calls and she kept us updated promptly, even on a Sunday and during the evening, nothing seemed to be too much trouble for her. Sadly the vendors haven't found anything they like and we are having to complete on our house sale, so have had to pull out of the purchase. Emma was very understanding, and it felt that she actually cared about our predicament.
