Emma was absolutely brilliant from start to finish with our house move! She was reassuring and down to earth at every stage of the process and her communication between us and other parties of our house move was 5 star! She genuinely wanted us the best for us! I would never use a high street estate agent again and would recommend her to all my friends and family. Emma really does have a wealth of knowledge regarding the house market and will help you at every stage in the moving process. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

Emma manages a number of our properties around the Castle Bromwich and Shard End area. She’s fantastic, and always has been. Just wish there was an Emma in Wales (where the rest of our portfolio is). From start to finish it’s just complete peace of mind, she has a wealth of knowledge, responds almost immediately if we ever need to contact her and most importantly we have absolutely zero stress or worries when at our home in France. I stumbled across Emmas properties on Facebook and found a property to rent near to where i was currently living, i contacted them and received a response immediately, i then got a phone call from emma to arrange a viewing, she was so lovely over the phone i was so excited to meet her. Once i arrived at the property on my viewing date, emma was already there, with everything going on (covid) emma greeted me with a mask on and alway kept distance, she was so welcoming and so professional. As i was new to this i was worried about asking questions that could be silly but emma made me feel really at ease, she went through everything with me and told me she would be in touch, a few days later i received a lovely phone call to say i had been successful. From the first message on facebook to getting the keys the whole process was amazing and stress free.
