C. S.Fishers were fast in responding to any requests, promptly fixed the stuff that needed fixing, and returned our deposit to us in full. Overall very good experience. Only two downside are: 1) Should you have a dispute with them over the deposit, they won't go for arbitration (says so in your contract). 2) They charge you indeed a reference fee of 18 pounds.
