They have been exceptional and provided the most outstanding level of commitment and dedication in helping me every step of my journey. Having never sold a house before we didn’t know what expect in terms of costs and ‘what you get’. We chose Humberstones as they were local, but we used them in the end as the valuation seemed fair and their approach was professional, realistic and without any hard sell. From this starting point they have been nothing but helpful and at many points along the sale they were key in getting movement from our conveyancers. All the fees & costs involved in selling seem ‘big’, especially when you lump VAT on top, but in Humberstones case we feel they earned it and a big part of this is that we were left with the feeling that they were working and chasing on our behalf. The upshot is that we’d happily recommend them.

An absolute pleasure to deal with. We purchased our first home and were unfortunate enough to be stuck in a very slow chain and had months of hearing no news from the chain. I wanted to give a big shout out to the whole team at Humberstones, although we were not the paying customers i.e. selling via them , (we were supporting my cousin to purchase a property through them) It was an unusual set of circumstances around my cousin who had challenging needs and i can't stress enough how impressed we were with every member of the team we connected with. The team at Humberstone's Quinton branch were great to work with, in particular Ian Kendrick, James and Nathan Walton. Ian was very professional and honest with us about our home value, we had previously been over valued by another agent and not had a great experience, Ian and the team were able to pick the sales process up and had me viewings within a couple of days. Nathan in particular was fantastic , he went the extra mile to ensure I was updated and potential buyers were kept interested, he is also very personable and dedicated to customer success. I was very happy with the end result and time period Humberstone's were able to close the sale, in the end we did a couple of viewings ourselves but found Humberstone's were very well versed on the local area and type of house we were in and more importantly, how to differentiate.
