I’m in a lovely rental home and when maintanence issues are raised Sarah Dryhurst is professional, considerate, always happy in her demeanour with an understanding of the frustrations a tenant faces whilst waiting on the landlords response. We all want repairs done as soon as possible because at the end of the day it’s our family home and she totally gets this. Sarah works super hard and always makes a follow up call to see if happy with the work carried out. She’s a super star 🤩
