Lubo has done some work previously on our rental property and we were very pleased with the outcome. He has been sending us photos prior to the work carried out and subsequently after it has been done. Throughout, he has been keeping us informed of the progress. Recently we asked him again to attend to another matter which he promptly did and we are, yet again, extremely satisfied with what he has done. His work ethic has been good, he is friendly and offers you helpful suggestions on how best to remedy the problem. I speak honestly The services Mr Lubomir provided to my apartment were beyond my expectations. I received the apartment in a state of which is better than the day I was let in. Waited till I receive a word regarding my deposit to post this review and I got paid in full. Not only the services were superb, Lubomir is a charismatic lovable guy. Gave me a price that was about 25% lower than the closest bid I found on the cleaning. absolutely will use the services again and absolutely recommend!

Did a fantastic job, couldn't be happier. Needed 2 doors rehanging and porch tiled. Kept me updated on progress of the work with photos and videos whilst I was at work. Lubo and his team did a great job when I moved out, cleaning my 1 bedroom apartment to a high standard. I especially appreciated his End-of-Tenancy cleaning certificate which saved me a lot of hassle in demonstrating cleaning standards on move-out date to my let agent. I finally got no deductions on my deposit. On the day of the cleaning, Dmitry showed up at the agreed time and finished also on time, thanks Dmitry for your great job. While moving the least thing you want to worry about is cleaning and Lubo understood this from the beginning. I would definitely recommend LA Maintenance & Cleaning, and will call them back if I need any professional cleaning service (why not maintenance too).

Great job from Lubo and his whole team to redecorate my house and fit a new kitchen - the difference between Before and After is like night and day. Also very helpful with fixing any problems and suggesting practical design solutions - Thank you very much!

Extremely professional and well carried out service. Lubo went out of his way to come give us a quote which was very reasonable and then went above and beyond to ensure the cleaning was done to an incredible standard. He cleaned our whole 4 bed house, as well as garden mowing, deweeding, and deep clean of carpet to a standard so good, the house looked as good as new! I needed a handyman to put together the dreaded Ikea flat packed furniture. I had a bedroom full of furniture which needed assembling for my daughters room. I have to say Lubo fulfilled all expectations of the job and more. He was able to do all pieces of furniture without hesitation and what looked like with ease.
