It was a really pleasant renting experience with Maguire Jackson. The team provides excellent service. They are all very responsive, follow through well everything from viewing arrangements, reference checking, agreement signing to handover. The interactions and documents were all professional. They came like an angel to me as a fist time tenant, especially Danielle and Lucy - without them I don't think I could have such a care-free experience, appreciate much! I highly recommend Maguire Jackson without hesitation if you are looking for renting a property in Birmingham city cetre!

I moved into a new rental property managed by Maguire Jackson in August. I was assigned Danielle Bishop, the letting negotiator to oversee the viewing and process the Contract documents following a successful application. I found Danielle to be very professional, attentive and responsive throughout the process. There was a brief period of negotiation with the Landlord of the property, this was handled very well by Danielle and I was informed daily of any updates. I now deal with Siobhan Bartley, who has followed suit in being attentive in any issues I have had, fortunately they have been minimal. All in all, very happy with my experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Maguire Jackson.

Really impressed with the property management team, especially Siobhan! Our oven broke a couple of days before the Easter bank holiday, so after emailing and with it being so close to the bank holiday, I didn't expect to have a working oven for over a week. But Siobhan managed to get someone out to look at the oven the same day and the contractor came by again the next day with the new part to fix it. Good communication, super friendly and I got to have a good Sunday dinner! The team have also been really helpful throughout the process of renting, offering advice when needed and answering my questions (even the stupid ones), props to James for being so helpful at the beginning!

Penelope was professional and helpful at all times when dealing with our check out and the negotiations with the landlord for the deposit deduction. If I was being critical, I'd point to the number of deductions originally charged as some were over the top, however I understand that this is driven by the landlord and Penelope was very effective as an intermediary to get the result we wanted. When I first moved in to my property it was managed by a different letting agency. I'd had a few issues with that agency due to lack of contact and deflecting my concerns. But when Maguire Jackson took over I finally had speedy responses and a helpful attitude - a vast improvement from the pervious agency! Very recently, I have had the misfortune of being burgled. But Maguire Jackson have been absolutely wonderful and I cannot fault them at all for their considerate care from start to finish. As soon as the incident had come to light I was notified immediately, and returned home to find Anthony from Maguire Jackson at the property, the maintenance people already called and the police already notified. Anthony stayed with me - for a number of hours - until the police arrived and maintenance was underway to repair the damage to the property. The next day I was rung by Emma to ask how I was, and if Maguire Jackson could do anything more to help. I couldn't be more impressed - or grateful - of the speedy response and continued attention, which massively helped a very upsetting and stressful situation. My thanks especially to Emma at the George St branch for her continued support - always friendly and does her utmost to help wherever possible.

My first visit, I love this shop, lots of different things. I love the art section, if you need paintings or some statues, mirrors there is a fair big selection. There is also a section for furniture, pet, electrical, clothes, stationary, curtains, kitchen, bike, camping, just shop wise 😁,not everything is cheap.... I can't wait to go back.
