We had a lovely stay with Moda Stays. A really nice property that was very clean and included everything we needed. Emily communicated with us well and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and would stay with Moda Stays in the future!

Moda have friendly, helpful staff, they respond quickly to any questions, the house was well stocked in terms of breakfast items, utensils pots and pans etc, flat screen TV, which included access to Netflix, prime etc comfortable, home from home , well maintained. I spent Christmas at one of the houses with my family as we needed more space. I had an unforgettable time. Thank you Moda.

Great accommodation, great location, great host. The accommodation was as described and all the essentials where provided. The check-in was effortless due to the communication with the host. The location is great, all though it was on a main road no traffic noise was heard during the night. It is about 15/20 minutes to Birmingham new street station. Overall it was a great accommodation and would definitely recommend.

The property was as described and in a good location near the Birmingham city centre. The property is clean, tidy and easy to use. The host/owner was very responsive and gave regular communication and information on our stay which was helpful. Overall enjoyed our stay and is good value for money.

I enjoyed my time at the Moda Stays Birmingham BNB. It was super clean, beautiful, and had top of the line appliances. Emily was super helpful and was always there when I had questions, concerns, etc. Will definitely contact them again if I come back to the UK!

WONDERFUL STAY🎈 EMILY IS A GEM 💎 My colleagues and I booked two of their properties for a two night stay and it was exceptional. Plenty of towels for 15 people booked stay, clean and just a well thought out checking in service overall. Definitely furnished with a nice contemporary style. So good we even took our shoes off going around the house. The properties are clearly maintained well and a follow up call is given the next day which is a nice touch. Overall well worth every penny. And of course, props to Emily @ Moda Stays for the amazing and friendly service.

I had a wonderful stay. ModaStays were always accessible in the case when we had to contact them and were kind and helpful. The accommodation is just about right for 6-8 people and the neighbourhood is quiet which was nice. The city centre was accessible with a 20 minute drive which was convenient. I would definitely recommend ModaStays to other to those contemplating.

Emily was great with us. Quick responses and very helpful. The house itself was as expected - clean, beautifully decorated and cosy. The garden is perfect for social gatherings and the high walls gave plenty of privacy - the pictures don't do it justice. Front garden has enough room to park 2 cars comfortably. Comfortable stay, no issues, will deffo book again in the near future.
