I was skeptical at first about working with an Agent for my property but working with Amrit at Nicholas Humphreys Birmingham was a pleasure! Amrit is very professional, well dressed and most importantly is down to earth and easy to talk to! He has kept me up to date at each stage and given good advice, He has numerous contact methods so keeping in touch was really easy and regularly found tenants to view the property. The company carries out extensive tenancy checks and right to rent and strives to help both the landlord and the tenants. When visiting property Amrit always comes in the branded company car and on his first visit took very professional photos. (just a shame i couldn't keep the flowers!)
In terms of fees, he has always kept me informed and although it is at the premium end of the market, it is well worth it!
