My openhouse agent had great knowledge of the markets, i was hesitant at first as never id never heard of these guys before they were recommended to me by a close friend, but id say it was a decision well made! Alot of agents just try to bs you to get you as a customer but these guys were just honest and upfront. So you should definitely bare them in mind.
