Bought a property sold by Ouslnam, outstanding service from Erin from the start. Excellent communication at all stages from first viewing to completion. My solicitors were absolutely useless throughout the process but whenever an called up Erin to ask if she knew what was happening with the sale she got back to me incredibly quickly which meant that I wasn’t left in the dark. Due to my solicitors my sale nearly went wrong on completion day, eventually completing at 5pm and Lisa offered to stay on later if required to wait for me to have the keys. However I have been waiting for the removal of the board from my home since January 31 ! This has been a great disappointment to me. I have requested the removal several times via email, but it’s still here at the front of my new home, despite promises to get it removed. I’m very frustrated with the post sale service. It may be that a third party business is responsible for the removal, but that means nothing to me as a customer. Please if any thing can be done to sort this irritation out for me I would be very happy.
