We were really pleased with Prestige Properties Lettings Agents! We stayed in a 7 bed student property run by Prestige for two years and were delighted with their personable customer service and efficient maintenance team. The property itself was superbly well equipped, competitively priced and they looked after us very well. They're very used to dealing with students and always responded to our queries and maintenance requests promptly and helpfully. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for good value high quality housing in Selly Oak.

We were renting out a property with Prestige in the previous academic year. I must say that I was more than pleased with the service. The furniture was brand new along with the TV, appliances, vaccum cleaner etc. The part I was delighted about with the most was when the property was pricey, therefore the landlord and the agency were willing to knock the price down. In addition, the full amount of our deposit was returned straight after our tenancy expired. Thank you Prestige Properties for your helpful and kind service. Highly recommended.

I have been renting with Prestige for two years. During the duration of our Tenancy we have not had any problems. Prestige's staff have been very helpful and accommodating. Was worried about finding our ideal home knowing that there was very limited options. Despite being closed on a sunday, the guys at Prestige Properties opened just for us so that we can view the remaining 4 bed properties. Extra happy we did not have to wait till monday being anxious that the houses may not be available by the time we arrive. Last week my housemates and myself reserved a 7 bed house with Prestige Properties and re-booked an additional viewing for the following day. However, before our arrival, we recieved an upsetting call informing us that the house has already been taken off the market by another agency and it slipped the landlord's mind to notify us. Did not blame the landlord as I was unsure if he or the other agency was responsible for the lack of communication. I was more worried about our reservation fee which we put down rather than not securing a property yet. To rectify this issue, Prestige went out of their way and presented us a list with additional 7 bedroom properties to which we displayed our interest on certain houses. They got us the best deal on a magnificient property. Without asking, they requested the landlord for price negotiation which was succesful, they rolled over our reservation fee which was already submitted to them for the previous property, gave us a breakdown as to what types of service they offer, apologised for the inconvenience etc. I have to admit, I was extremelly worried as to how I would recover the fee and how frequently the limited availability of houses would go off the market, but the guys here gave us the help which we needed, and I look forward to moving into the property in July. Gave brand new appliances, friendly staff available for assistance at all times. Efficient with their responses, and always tend to the queries of mine and my housemates. Very helpful in arranging other suitable properties when our first choice was no longer available.
