I recently used this agent to sell my own house & a relatives house who had passed away. (Both properties in Yardley)I deliberately used this agent who were local to me & due to their visible presence & reputation in the area. Steve looked after the sale of both properties. He was immediately willing to be flexible on his rate for the opportunity to sell both house. Fees were favourably competitive. I found him to be knowledgeable in the local market & very helpful in explaining the process. I used a modern auction method to sell one house & found the process very straightforward However one has to accept the risk of selling at a lower price against there being less likelihood of the buyer pulling out. As a smaller agency I found that they didn’t provide regular updates without my calling however all calls were returned promptly & with useful updates. After buyers pulled out they immediately Put the house back on sale within minutes. All in all found that they knew their market & looked after both sales well. As
