k. M.I had wonderful experience with Robert Oulsnam, especially with Lauren Bell, who was actually the seller's agent not mine. Lauren kept me informed all the way through the process of buying the property and she kept in regular contact to ensure I was ok, let alone monitoring the purchase of the home I was buying. She advised appropriately where necessary and reassured me about things when the process seemed slow and uncertain. I did in fact say I wished she had been my agent or even solicitor as she was more helpful than both of them put together. Excellent interpersonal skills- friendly and genuinely seemed to care. I can't recommend her highly enough. Thank you Lauren.

Big shout out to Estate Agent Lauren Bell who guided me through the entire process - from firstly viewing the property to contract completion. She was organised, professional and informative - someone who was always available, and made the process less stressful!

I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. The only feedback is that the shopfront and image looks a bit tired, could do with an update/rebrand - however this should not takeaway form the high quality of their work.
