I have been working with Searchers for a number of years now and I can't rate them highly enough. I live overseas and so to have an agent who is responsive, offers advice, follows up on things and gets work done in the property as needed is a huge blessing. Every individual I have interacted with has been great and I would recommend their services without hesitation.

The searchers team had been very helpful and promptly responded to my interest in two of the properties that was previously advertised. A viewing was arranged with a friendly and engaging agent, all of my questions was answered. I then submitted an application for the one I really liked. I found a flat to let through Searchers and they were very quick, efficient and professional in everything they did, from getting me in for a viewing to email responses and any queries I had, and they also moved me in as soon as they possibly could. After seeing the listing online I loved the look of the property. I had an online viewing and when I called in to talk to James he was very professional and arranged an in person viewing for me straight away, he also did everything super fast and was very responsive so that I could move into my new property within a week. Reviewing anything is really hard things. One can write bad review when they are frustrated and one can write very good when they are happy. So here is my review of first agency who helped me to find my first home in UK..with special thanks to James. Good Things 1. Good Response 2. Wanted to shift with short notice, James made it happen. 3. Hassles free paper work. 4. Required some maintenance on early stage..the agency were upto the mark. 5. Overall I am happy as they given me the keys on time as I needed to move in on urgent basis. Improvements 1. As I understand the business is cashless, but sometimes depending upon the case cash should be accepted. As I came first time, I don't had bank account , no card.a.fortunately I had my relatives..so some how managed. 2. There is 90% people are changing home within the UK and they know all processes. But for the people who dont know the things, one small checklist shall be prepared explaining how the things works, where is dust bin, date of collection, how to setup account with different authorities, etc ( although the information available on internet but it is painful for new comers). Keep it up guys..thanks once again...

We struggled to sell our house over 6 months with plenty of time wasters offering well below market value even though we markedted it below market value to get it sold. in the end we decided to let it and within a matter of days Searchers found me a tenant. I contacted Searchers Residential letting for renting my property in Hall Green. Nicki propmptly came along to do the initial review, provided a fair rental value estimation and details of types of services they provide. As this is my 1st rental property I decided to go ahead with a managed service with Searchers because they are local family run business with local knowledge and years of experience. Searchers team managed everything from advertising my property, finding tenants, scheduling viewing, feedback, inventory check, tenant check and tenancy agreement with professionalism and clear update on the progress. They took all precaution to make a safe environment for landlord and tenant. The whole process has been really easy with the searchers team (Nicki, Sarah & James) guiding me and within a week of listing the property Searcher team managed to find me tenants (during the Covid19 pandemic). While on holiday i emailed James at Searchers to get the ball rolling on letting the property. The property required various works whch Searchers organised in order to get it to a good standard to let.
