S.Pretty good company nice house could do with a clean or a Hoover to clean up after ourselves, also bit of maintenance here and there but all in all very quick and easy and the lady I spoke to was more than happy to help with cscs sia forklift courses also if i needed food ect got brand new bedding there and then.. made my move from manny back home easier
L. H.Very quick at getting a roof over your head, but be mindful of some properties. Customers ruin the houses like animals. Property I'm currently in is acceptable, room is clean just needs a little maintenance on appliances and general maintenance on property but overall happy with what I was offered.

If you want your own space smart move is the best place to go. Me an my partner were very comfortable and relaxed. J. H.Me and my partner visited Smartmove and were housed the same day. They were absolutely brilliant and our referral ran smoothly with Aman. Our housing officer Kerry took us to view the shared accommodation property with another couple and she was absolutely amazing and answered all of our questions in detail. A couple months later we have been placed in to our very own 3 bedroom house ready for when our baby arrives. I can not recommend nor thank Smartmove enough for all of their hard work and efforts. Brilliant job guys, keep it up 🙂

B.I have been with smart move for over 2 years and I started in a 1 room which was amazing ..then once I proved myself to smart move that I would be good in a 1 bed apartment they moved me to a amazing 1 bed flat. But after that I have now been moved into one of the most beautiful apartments also smart move properties and I can honestly say it's flawless... outstanding ... So if you are homeless or need supported houseingvsmart move is definitely the company to help you get your life back on track .... thank you smart move without your help and support I don't know where I'd be today xxxx
K. M.The service they provide is invaluable, helping people out of potential homelessness. I've seen first hand that the rooms they provide, and the areas they provide these rooms, are not great but it's better than sleeping rough.
They are not the only people doing this in Birmingham, so shop around.
T. S.Excellent company help Any way one out who need a home .support workers are amazing always go extra mile to male sure your comfortable and happy where you are as well. Faith is a good key worker she really helpful . We are very happy with the service we receive
K. N.smartmove paid for a taxi for me to come over put me in the perfect house. gave me cleaning products and equipment . set me up with a foodbank because i had nothing when i arrived. i could wish for better treatment by the staff and the housing . they are very helpful.

B.Smart move is a good company they paid for my taxi helped me with pots and pans as I didn't have anything and bedding the staff are really friendly and helpful they moved me to a shared house it's clean and people are nice we all get on I even have a support worker now which I never had before I'm really happy with the service they provide I would recommend them to anyone who is homeless as they provide accommodation straight away I'm very grateful for all their help thank you to all staff at smart move keep the good work up.

H.the gods honest truth is that smartmove have helped me in every way possible to move and settle in even moving me from property to property and going out there way to make sure i have food and everything i needed for my stay in their property.. any issues there sorted straight away i could not ask for more seriously ..thats the truth..
C. C.Any issues raised have always been addressed even if it has taken some time to get the problem resolved, support workers have always been nice to me and my family and out of hours emergencies are dealt with pretty quickly
