We recently used Waller and Farnworth to sell our house in Erdington and we found the service they provided to be top notch. They sold our house very quickly, at the asking price and the entire transaction was smooth from start to finish. Adrian was very friendly and gave us good, honest advice when it came to marketing the property. He didn't over promise in order to win the contract and there was no pressure to go with them. The reason we went with Waller and Farnworth is because they are a small, independent, local business which means that, unlike many of the big estate agencies, they know the local market intimately and they genuinely care about their customers. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Were we ever to buy or sell in the area again, I would not hesitate to use them.

Absolutely flawless service. After using another agent located on the same road and feeling hopeless for a sale due to their laziness and lack of enthusiasm, i made the decision to switch to Waller and Farnworth. I was inundated with viewings and received offers immediately. I was so impressed i highly recommend them they may appear smaller than other known agents but their massive drive, enthusiam and excellent communication was massively outstanding in comparison to their competitors. If you are selling your home and want quality service then look no further. The team at Waller and Farnworth are fabulous. We had lots of problems with our Title Deeds and and other hiccups along the way, but the team at Waller and Farnworth could not have been more helpful, supportive and knowledgeable. They put an extreme amount of effort in for us, liaising with all solicitors and other agents, and they kept us informed along they way. To say they went the extra mile would be an understatement. It's been I think 12 years since w&f sold my flat in sycamore close but reminiscing whilst travelling back from town when I was moving in with my wife. They are awesome. I'd had my flat on for months unsold with a different agent. Turned out the other agent was saying 'ooh you can have a house for that budget' whereas w&f listened to the customers needs. No garden, no maintenance for a young career person or couple. 4 months with the other agent. Less than a week with w&f. Professional!
