Cannot thank Kim and " the team " enough for all their help in the sale of my Fathers property. Please read before signing up !! The staff are very nice - I chose them because they are in a nice area and I wanted to rent from a professional company . Turns out landlords from a really rough areas are buying property in nice areas so they can achieve high rent - they " manage " the property so once you sign the estate agents have nothing to do with you . Not all the estate agents fault but dodgy landlords are using them as a front and then they take over and the nonese starts. NO WAY would I have signed up had I understood the actual setup - dodgy landlords hiding behind what looks like a reputable estate agents . Promised me I wouldn't have a bad experience and I wouldn't be ripped off - arrived to a broken toilet full of s**t , left a week early ( no money back ) and a Ransome of £250 for old dilapidation nothing to do with me . I have endured constant harassment by the landlord and his sons - no respect to the law at all. DONT AGREE TO A MANAGED RENTAL. The staff at Your Move were very good and patient with all the drama I had with the landlord - especially Phaedra whom not only had to listen to my ordeal but had to deal with the dispicable landlord and sons . They really sympathised with the ordeal I had but were powerless to help me as it was not managed by them . Nice estate agents but awful awful landlords oubthere hiding behind estate agents like this
