We selected Athertons as a local agent and having reviewed other agents they came out highly rated and very competitive on fees. From the point of calling things moved quickly with an initial consultation on the approach that would best suit our property and circumstances. The photographs and presentation were very professional and appeared quickly on Rightmove. After a few hours we had two viewings and sold the same day having achieved a higher that anticipated offer so extremely happy with the outcome. The team at Athertons also went above and beyond with vetting, co-ordination up the chain, and answering any questions we had as they cropped up. Recommended and would not hesitate to use again!
