Robert and Nick were both highly motivated as they worked diligently to sell my property which sold very quickly. It was marketed well with excellent photographs and descriptions. We had a fantastic experience letting through Churchfield Lettings! We were shown round a couple of fantastic flats by Ella, before deciding on the second one. The process was incredibly prompt, easy to follow and not too stressful at all! We had a small problem with our otherwise perfect flat (cupboard door needs a slight adjustment) and Churchfield were very quick to arrange it's repair! I've used Churchfield to sell my flat and they have been very proactive in keeping me up to date with what have been a very lengthy process and went the extra miles in bringing me up to speed with where the blockers are. However their dealing with the solicitor has not been smooth. The solicitor has caused issues throughout the process but the agent's 'everything your solicitor has done is wrong' mentality has not been helpful either. The team claimed that they had not received the payment from my solicitor without checking the account first, which they only acknowledged later on that they had missed it had caused me unncessary stress in thinking that I'm going to miss the payment deadline

They've even gone so far as to liaise with the management company of my flat when I've been out of the country and ensure I've never gone a month without rental income. I could not recommend them more highly.
