So I want to share my journey with Clarkes…..I was looking to sell a property during a every difficult time for myself and my family – not knowing where to start I used a website to recommend agencies in the area – I contacted the top 3 Clarkes were the first to call following my enquiry One of the directors (Claire Sheppard) actually called personally Extremely knowledgeable about property, sales, development not to mention personable (felt like I had known the years) No pushy sales speech Followed up the call with an email & info Great service Obviously I chose Clarkes!! From the moment of instruction I can not fault them! They were up against needing a quick sale, a tenant who wasn’t accommodating and knowing I wasn’t always available due to personal reasons – Clarkes understanding, flexibility and professionalism was outstanding Their ability to understand their buyers requirements and their vetting process meant we only had viewings from serious buyers (and we weren’t short of interest either) They took detailed feedback from every viewing allowing us to know what was needed for a quick sale – as a result we achieved our goal and had a great offer from a buyer able to proceed extremely fast. Even after the offer was excepted their level of service did not falter due to their knowledge of the offer to completion process and constant follow ups with all parties involved. I have been through the house sale/purchase process over a number of times previously and I really can’t express what a fantastic agent Clarkes is…they go way above and beyond with their service and really are a cut above the rest! If Clarkes are in your area, then I really wouldn’t consider anyone else. The positive experiences is actually endless but I’m not sure this review page would give me enough character spaces to list them all

Went to Clarkes, Winton initially for a property evaluation, and right from the start was such a pleasant experience and very understanding. An appointment was made to view my property with Alex. Amazing first impression. Turned up on time, polite and respected our house hold. Even though we wanted just an initial evaluation Alex was professional and curtious. Andrea Gritt showed me the bungalow, I loved it immediately and thankfully my offer was accepted, she was so friendly, informative and professional throughout the whole process. As is often the case there was a set-back when the bottom of the chain pulled out, (a different agent). Having had some issues with another estate agent I chose Clarke’s. When I met Claire I explained that I’d dropped the previous agents due to poor communication. Claire assured me that Clarke’s were different. They were. I was kept informed throughout.
