Craig is a genuine guy who isn't trying to manipulate clients for his own needs like so many other estate agents out there. He puts the client first and listened to our wants and needs. Really can’t rate the service provided by Craig highly enough. From start to finish he was excellent and negotiated a fantastic price for my apartment, much higher than I ever dreamed it would achieve. The initial advert he created was superb with high quality photos & video of the apartment and he was more than happy to tailor the write up to our preferences as well as offering his own recommendations. He was also very flexible with the time of day to take the photos to capture the best light on both the garden and inside the apartment. On the day of the viewings he kept me updated with how each one had gone which I enjoyed, and after receiving multiple offers he was very thorough with checking out the seriousness of each potential buyer before we accepted one of the offers. After an offer had been accepted and the solicitors were doing their thing, he kept in regular touch with both myself the seller and the buyers so we were all aware of the progress and when things looked like they could fall through due to an issue in the chain he was very much on the ball to sort out a potentially difficult situation. I had had a previous bad experience with one of the main High Street agents in Southbourne when I had tried to sell my apartment before and when someone recommended Craig’s bespoke service I wasn’t sure but I got in touch. After an initial informal chat I had complete confidence in him and I’m so glad I used him. So I would highly recommend anyone to use Craig’s services for that personal touch and flexibility which is so often lost with the main High Street estate agents!
