Firstly I would like say a huge thank you to Andy, who helped us finally get our first home. From our first meeting when he kindly stayed later so we could view after work, when he had been there all day, too our eventually completion date when he met us with the keys and bubbly, he has been nothing but brilliant. We seem to have so many hiccup along the way, but he was reassuring and positive the whole way through, putting his faith in us when he didn’t have too. Andy Richardson was recommended to my wife and I by several people to sell our property. On meeting him it was instantly apparent that he was the man for the job. He negotiated and accompanied all viewings keeping us fully informed of any feedback. We had an offer well in excess of the asking price within a week of going on the market. The process of the sale was one of the longest conveyancing experiences of his 23 years, carried out by our buyers' estate agent loathing solicitor who was a handicap from the start. Throughout this very long drawn out process Andy constantly liaised with all parties involved keeping us all informed, remaining calm and unflappable . I am sure that it was through his efforts that the deal was completed albeit at the eleventh hour. Andy is an extremely safe pair of hands, a pleasure to work with and also a very nice chap. Would highly recommend.

I was told about the vacant flat for sale by a friend so it didn't ever go on the open market. This meant Andys imput as my sole point of contact between the vendor, myself and my solicitors was very important. He was very approachable, helpful and knowledgeable. He arranged viewings which were sometimes slightly complicated by the flat being tenanted and once it was vacant was helpful in gaining access to do some necessary works. He answered queries promptly and kept in contact with my solicitors. The last few weeks were very trying for various reasons but he kept his cool and we finally got over the line. Most communication was done by phone or WhatsApp which might seem too casual for some but it made communication pretty easy and Andy put himself out to be helpful. I guess the only downside might be as a sole practitioner there is no back up for holidays or sickness but that wasn't a problem for me . I would definitely recommend Andy to anyone for buying property. I haven't obviously sold through him as yet but I'm sure he would be just as helpful and thorough if and when that happens. He's a genuinely nice guy and was sensitive to the fact that I was recently on my own.

Andy was nothing but polite, helpful and friendly throughout the twelve week process of buying a flat. He put himself out to let me view the property at short notice, provided really useful information about the property and was quick to inform me when an unexpected issue arose. Solicitors were very busy at the time with the stamp duty holiday ending, but Andy took the time to explain the legal processes and next steps when my solicitor was hard to contact. I felt that he had my best interest at heart as well as the seller's, that he was very professional in his work and a decent, honest person in general!
