We have two rental flats fully managed by Fahren for the last 10 years. We find Nick and his team always very helpful and quick to answer any queries and sort out any issues. They have a good team of subcontractors to deal with all maintenance work in our flats.

Very positive experience on the whole, Julian is very pro active and helpful. Nick was very good during the viewings and didn't pressurise the prospective buyers. Only negative would be the initial valuation being 15k below the eventual selling price, however I decided to up the asking price and this was not met with resistance from Julian and there was no pressure to go ahead with the lower offer for a quick sale. As long as you are confident of what your property is worth and stay strong on the asking price, I would fully recommend Fahren to help you sell. Very reasonable fees compared to competitors.

Fahren’s have a lot of trust in their tenants and care about their reputation. Compared to other agencies this is the first to make me feel like an important tenant, who they wanted to ensure has a positive experience. They treated me like a person in terms of how I was spoken to and treated, rather than just another tenant on the books. My personal experience has been very good and any concerns or queries were always answered in a timely manner. They were extremely good liasing with myself and the landlord and very fair with the handling of my deposit. I would recommend and rent via Fahren’s again as they did not rip me off, we’re very honest and extremely friendly! A very good agency!!
